from the President
Dear Friends,
 On behalf of the Board of Directors of Northwest Jacksonville Community Development Corporation we thank you for sharing our dream.
We celebrate eight years of existence and we are extremely proud of our progress. We shared our dreams and aspirations for our community with you and you’ve helped to lay a foundation for our community’s growth. Your contributions have resulted in the ability of our organization to more than quadruple in size and to triple our service area. We also are proud to report that NJCDC has $100% financial participation from our Board of Directors. You also saw fit to listen and to help guide our paths. We’ve made excellent progress.
A life without hope is an empty one. Together, we have re-established hope and determination within our community. We’ve demonstrated that through God’s mercy and grace all things are possible.
Please enjoy our report to the community. We have many more challenges to overcome, but look what we have done! We are a group of concerned citizens who know that all things are possible, if you only believe. Our team is strong, but our resolve is even stronger.
Look for us to dream even bigger dreams and to pause from time to time to look at God’s green Earth and to smile.
NJCDC does not just build houses we build community. In the process we have been good stewards of community resources. We also have grown in capacity to deliver by building our first house to the planning for the community’s second subdivision. We believe that the sky is the limit. Thank you for you support!
